It looks like the DTW_FORMAT command has a parameter with an invalid number value. the HELP Documentation says that one of these conditions exists: a) An input parameter contained a value which was not a valid format for a number. b) An input parameter contained a value which specified an exponent outside the supported range of -999,999,999 to +999,999,999. Try to revise the value of the parms and make sure none of the conditions above are present. Good luck!
