Do the resource names match between the 2 boxes?
Many years ago had to do this, and created an outfile of the object names,
ran thru a clp on new box to create new devices with proper resource names.

Don't know if it will allow you to drill down into the file systems and
copy from /qsys.lib/*.devd or some such thing.

Copying Workstation Entries






We have two machines (not LPAR's): Production and backup.  Workstation
devices must be manually created, not auto-configured.

I just "knew" that there had to be a way in iNav to copy (drag and drop)
a configuration from one machine to the other one, but I have not been
able to find it.  I know that I can use the SAVCFG and RSTCFG commands
to accomplish this (which I've done), but isn't there a method in iNav,
as well?
