IIRC you can also do a GENCMDDOC and create the help text as an HTML or UIM
(one of them shows the error msgs the other doesn;t van't remember which is
which right now)

Howdy folks,
                 I think I may be showing my age here, but there used to
be a book
called the Programming Reference Summary.  There was a chapter in the book
showing all error messages that could be monitored by command for CL. For
example, I could look up the savobj command, and it would list all errors
that could occur using the savobj command and their associated error
codes.
This was an extremely helpful book.  Does anyone know if:

                 1) There is an updated version of this book. or
                 2) Where I can find this information online.
