I like your "soft landing" idea /thoughts. This approach is easy to
palate and positive.
Regardless of what they say about you (lol)--- it is you folks that
energize the complacent;  for this - a big Thank You.

I have a feeling that Vista alone will increase i sales. I also
believe that infrastructure   still rules. I love open source too but
I do not want my banking accounts based on it - yet.
