Yeah, I am looking for a disk image (or CD if needed).  I think I'll
break down and get the BP to order it (I hoped there was a download site
so I could work on it today).

I'm pretty sure it's an optional component of iSeries Access.

So if you have V5R4 of iSeries Access, you can install it.
