From: Dave Murvin I seen to recall that there were some changes to when WebFacing counted as interactive cycles. How does in fair now on a zero interactive machine and will it convert user created UIM menus? Was there a change at a particular release level of the OS?
This is true, Dave, as of somewhere around V5R3 or so. The problem now is that WebFacing will require WDHT, which in turn requires a license fee, so in effect WebFacing is no longer free. So, after I published the concept back in 1999 and then spent two years developing my PSC/400 tool, IBM undercut my product by releasing WebFacing for free. And now the tool is no longer free. But I'm not bitter... <grin> Joe
