"UPDDTA" WILL ALLOW FOR UPDATE OF PHYSICAL AND LOGICAL FILES AS WELL AS INSERT 
AND DELETE.

I know that I can browse the data in a physical file member using DSPPFM. Is 
there a utility that will allow me to "edit" or "update" data in existing 
records, or delete and/or insert records?
