By the way the URL's posted do not work. 

I have 3 ISeries systems on R3.5.  Two of them have QTIMZON as Q0000UTC 
and show the correct EST.

The other system has a QTIMZON of QN0400UTCS and it also shows a correct 
EST of 14:00. (our offset from Greenwich should be -5, but in the QTIMZON, 
it shows an offset of -4).

If I change the last system to match the first 2, the time is 18:00 which 
is wrong (but when I put it back the way it was QN0400UTCS the system time 
is correct, but DOMINO's time stays 18:00).

Help, I am not sure how to correct the last machine or make it what it 
should be.
