Subject: Where do I find a manual on the Panel Group UIM language

I am trying to use the UIM feature and create panel groups 
for help in my interactive programs.  But I haven't been able 
to find any manual on the keywords or other language features 
for panel groups. Does anyone know where I can find such a 
thing? The website is totally useless.  All I get a 
references to CCSID and search indexes. But nothing that 
tells me all the features of using panel groups sources files. Help!!
