One site that I know about has a lot of information but is closed to non-members (requires user id/password to enter), and you have to be invited by an existing member to become a member. Access is restricted by IP address. IMO that place is full of thieves (not amature script kiddies) There is a book on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Hacking-iSeries-Shalom-Carmel/dp/1419625012 Rather than list sites I think it would be better to use Google (check newsgroups too).
