Problem with SNDDST -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi I have a strange problem with SNDDST command (and smtp server)

When I call from command line:
 SNDDST TYPE(*LMSG) TOINTNET((e-mail) DSTD(TEST) LONGMSG (TESTE)

I get ONE email

But If the same command I use in the monitor program (contain two modules CL
and RPGLE) I get TWO e-mails? Why??? 
If it should be compile with special code?
