V5R4. An IPL over  lunchtime cured it (temporarily?) which was
possible as this is our dev box, and few were using it at the time.
The availability manager will be run on our production system (Mimix
source) once that's up to V5R4 sometime this month, so an office hours
IPL won't be a solution soon.
