CHGJOB LOG(0 0 *NOLIST)

does message logging setting on CHGJOB command suppose to effect
previously executed commands?
 
Example 1:  CHGJOB LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) at the end of the program seems to
cause TEST JOBLOG to show up in the joblog.

             CHGJOB     LOG(0 0 *NOLIST)   
             SNDPGMMSG  MSG('TEST JOBLOG') 
             CHGJOB     LOG(4 0 *SECLVL)

Example 2:  TEST JOBLOG will not show up in the joblog.
