   In preparation for an OS upgrade on Friday, I ordered keys through the key
   center. I got all the way to getting a message that the keys would be
   emailed to me. Almost 24 hours later, still no email. I did an upgrade
   last month, and I got the keys within the hours.
    
   Anybody know what might be causing the holdup?
