numbers for labels in the order by statement:

SELECT SKUNO, DIVISION, sum(PRICE), avg(price), count(*) FROM FileA

GROUP BY
 SKUNO,
 DIVISION

Select
 SKUNO,
 DIVISION,

 prices_and_counts
order by
 count_of_things desc,
 SKUNO,
 DIVISION
