Hi, When you load V5R4 initially with a slip install over a prior release, it will wipe out your power scheduler entries. I had this experience over V5R2 and V5R3. When you load cume PTF 06192, PTF SI24451 will wipe them out again! This is apparently fixed with PTF SI25324, but by then, the cow's out of the barn.
