Aaron..where are you in the process? Have you already signed on as QSECOFR to a green screen session, or is this before that point? Granted I am a programmer trying to do it and not a sysadmin, but if IBM is trying to get new sales out there to non-IBM shops then they are currently failing on my scale of ease-of-use.
