Listen up!  Firmware is NOT the HMC code, it is the FSP code.  Especially 
when you are talking about stuff like 01SF240_261.  So, yes, you will have 
to reboot the entire i5.  No you do not have to reboot your HMC at all to 
put on that level of firmware.

Now, if you decide to upgrade your HMC code from 5.2.1 then you will have 
to reboot your HMC and not your i5.

Clear?

This is like asking:  If I put on cume 6292 do I have to reboot my Op's 
Console,
and,
if I put on a Windows SP on my Op's Console do I have to reboot my i5?
