Scenario:  Backup running to a 3582-L23.  Multiple tapes loaded in via the 
removable pack.
While a backup is running to a 3582-L23, is it safe to use Move Media to 
move a completed tape to the ejection slot to put into a different tape 
drive and start the restore to the other machine?
