I think #3 is a good point. Especially with the graying of the industry. I'm
a fan of few, but larger meetings.

I spoke with Glenn last night and we kinda debunked the misconception of
the lack of speaker issue being the cause of LUG problems.   There are
several LUGs in major metro areas that have VERY HIGH calibre speakers and
are getting very poor showings.  To say it's just a speaker issue is not
correct in any way.

And yes, the web based is making inroads and perhaps that's part of the
wave of the future...
