No.  You'll get something else:
CPD3775-Cannot save or restore /fixes/cume/CUME_1.bin.The system does not 
allow object /fixes/cume/CUME_1.bin to be saved or restored.
CPC3715-No objects saved, all objects were excluded.  On the 2nd level 
every possible reason says "0 objects".

Unload it and you're good to go.

sav '/qsys.lib/rob.lib/rob.file' '/fixes/cume/cume_1.bin'
Cannot save or restore /fixes/cume/CUME_1.bin. 
No objects saved, all objects were excluded.
