Yeah - get rid of DST altogether. You want an extra
hour of daylight in the summer then go to work an hour
earlier and leave an hour earlier. Have the
government mandate that instead of messing with the
clocks. :-)

I did my time change last night at 7:30. I found no
way of easily changing it without effecting
MQSeries. We had an IPL, PTFs and month-end backup
scheduled to start at 7:00p anyway so why restrict
the system twice in one day. Worked fine but I
still had to cold start one of my QManagers.

It would be nice since MQSeries is from IBM that
they handle a time change better. Maybe integrating
the DST time change with a scheduled Time Adjustment
feature in iNav. Scheduled being the key term. Yes
I know it's there but combining the two together
with the ability to schedule it would be very nice
to have.

Or even better (holding my breath) if we got ride of
DST altogether (turning purple). OK (breathing
again) not going to happen anytime soon.
