I'm looking for help from anyone with experience in submitting COMMON
presentation abstracts.  I'd like to do a lab during next year's "Focus"
event, and since I've never submitted one before I'd like to see a
general guideline of what to put in the forms.

Thanks in advance - off-list replies preferred.  Also - for some
Midrange technical content - time change went perfectly across all 13
systems this weekend.
