RE: Executing a program on a Windows 2003 server

When I attempt to execute a "dir" command, I get the same results on the 
server.  The security log says the login was successful, but nothing happens.

Now here's a curious event log entry in the system log:
"Timed out sending notification of target device change to window of 
"C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE"".  I didn't notice this one before because the time 
stamp doesn't match when I attempted to execute my command.

Don, can you do an rexec of a 'dir' command? Let's make sure you can run any 
command first.
