Clare,

I just did it with copy/paste and it worked fine.

All I can think of is that you are not using the COURIER NEW font which
spaces each character the same amount. For example you want an "I" to take
up the same amount of space as a "W".

Probably easier just to transfer the file though if it's a long report.
