Rob, We didn't go through all that nonsense. We worked with the technical guy from the IBM Business Partner that sold us MIMIX. We told him what we needed done and if he had any other questions to ask specific ones to our Systems Programmers. The point being, get a real MIMIX techie person (Lakeview or a Business Partner) to talk to your techie person and have the MIMIX person fill out what they need. This will bring out a lot of the "little things" and help cut to the chase because a real person is taking up another real person's time and can hear the exasperation and get to the "net, net" of what's necessary to make the install work correctly. While I don't mind short questionnaires, when a vendor sends out questionnaires that seem to be the length of "War and Peach", I stop that crap and have the vendor get with my folks. If a questionnaire is lengthy then the install is most likely complex which shouts "let's get together" at least over the phone. HTE Take care, Dave Arizona
