World wide operations (sun never sets), no holidays, accross 25+ 
divisions/companies. 
4 major ERP systems, 60+ 3rd party packages.
1- Help desk
1- SOX compliance
1- SAP BASIS
1- BRMS and tape (optical library)
1- Robot job scheduler
1- LPAR & special projects
2- Night Operators

        Hello all,
        does anyone know of any benchmarking or best practice regarding number 
of
        system admin. staff required per system?
        Eg. is the ratio 5 systems/sysadmin, or 9 systems per sysadmin, etc.
