I hear you.  We've had hot clustering for Domino for years.  Drop one 
Domino server and it automatically failed over to the other one.  We're 
not getting Mimix until next month (finally).  And when we finally get 
Mimix, we'll have triple failover protection for Domino - all separate 
system i's installed within a few weeks.  That's just because
1 - the importance of Domino applications
2 - Clustering comes built in to Domino Enterprise and is no big shakes to 
set up.
3 - High Availability for DB2 is an add on product, expensive, and 
difficult to set up.
