Re: DTACPR(*HIGH)

Since changing the command defaults is fraught with peril, I am thinking 
about a command exit point program.  I wrote one to change SNDDST to 
SNDEMAIL.  So doing the following should be a snap
- "IF" it is a save file and not a tape, dvd, etc, and
- if, they didn't specify a DTACPR but left it at it's default
- then, change it to DTACPR(*HIGH)
