RE: See this? Help/Systems buys ASC

I do not see this as being a problem.  ASC has some GREAT products and
there support is impeccable.  They have a good client/customer base and
they will continue to do the GREAT job they do.
I have talked to a couple of people at ASC and they said it will be
business as usual.
