Follow the other comments first, from folks wiser then me.

Sometimes sluggish performance is noticed by my people running particularprograms on particular machines, while everyone else is Ok. I not rememberwhich of the columns it is on WRKACTJOB F11 in QINTER but you can get atthe volume of activity by job such as the average wait that input isinhibited when user presses enter key ... this can tell you if one personexperiencing more sluggish performance than co=workers.
