I'm not sure that counts.

From the name, "Recover Interrupted Job" it doesn't sound like the kind
of routine checkpointing we were discussing.

Stuff happens, we all know that. Just having a recover tool isn't a bad
thing.  It's the routine use of the recovery tool that I'd have a
problem with.

Imagine having to do a RCLSTG once a day.  That would tell me something
is wrong.
