I doubt it's the date and time.  CRTDUPOBJ doesn't seem to have that 
issue.  Nor does CPYF.  Nor does even CRTPF from same DDS source member

two different files.  Nor does even running the same sql statement to
two 
different files (providing you use the RCDFMT clause).
