Hey Joe; I agree that one would be tough to explain! But, if I hard code the Directory so that it will have to be a program modification. It would be Safer. Still, a desk check, cross the t's and dot the I's coding process before executing. From: Charlie Randall I am working on developing a RPG Application that will load an IFS folder with image files. Then it will zip up all the files into a zip file. This part is working fine. However, this will be a nightly process and I would like to clear the folder before loading and

again. So, is there a global command to delete all files in an IFS folder that can be used in an RPG ILE or RPG Free Application?

of deleting them one by one.
