It was introduced in V4R5.  You should definitely have it on your V5R2
system.

Note that the parameter doesn't show up on a simple prompt screen for the
CRTDTAQ command.  You have to hit enter a few times first.  On my system,
if I prompt it and hit enter twice, it shows up on the screen.
Alternately, you can hit F9 to see all parameters for the command...
