I've had that problem too for a couple of months now with both notificationservices, "IBM Electronic Services" and the "Technical Support Bulletins".I've gotten nothing from the latter and the former sends me notificationsthat says "No new alerts were found". Sometimes I actually get a realnotification with accurate PTF information, but most times it's nada. Forinstance I recently got notified that there was a new HTTP group level forV5R4, but didn't get notified about the four HIPER PTFs that becameavailable. It's hit and miss.

Just a heads-up to those of you who subscribe to e-mail notification
from support when new ptf's are released.  I had not gotten any
notifications since August 26th, so I checked the PSP link directly and
found that there had been numerous updates and several new group ptf's.
Don't know why the service is failing, but there have been several
reports on this list of ptf ordering problems.  Maybe they're related.
