The fact you cannot use the unique name they ask you for to log in is irritating to me - you have to use this number that I have no reason to remember. I had the opportunity to mention this today to Bev Russell, now outgoing president of COMMON. But I hope someone else hears this. I'll talk to my colleague, who is on the board.
