Scott,Being a mac user, I cannot WAIT for Leopard. I am willing to fork out the $149 for the OS upgrade, because it offers so much in the new release. Most of my mac friends cannot wait, either. Although, I still am running my PowerPC (G4) chip...
Being an i5/OS user, I cannot WAIT for V5Rn+1 - and since it is free under my software maintenance, I am more excited. Most of my green friends are just fine with SEU, thank you very much.
How do we make the latter as excited as the former? I think it is a little enthusiasm, mixed with a dash of positivity, and a pinch of being engaged - one way is to engage them in things like this: http://angustheitchap.com/Angus/Marketing.html
In fact, I think one of yours is there :-) http://angustheitchap.com/Angus/Marketing_files/i_18.jpg

Subject: Slightly OT: Leopard vs. Vista
>From an article in the latest Computerworld: http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic& articleId=112744 "Now that its robust hardware can run Windows as well as Mac OS, Apple has begun to garner significant mind share over the past year... And the interesting thing about mind share is that, over time, it tends to translate directly into market share." Can we learn a lesson from this?
