Upgrade from V5R2 to V5R4

   I just received the media for our V5R2 to V5R4 upgrade for our 810 box. We
   are looking through the documentation where is the document like the PTF
   installation instructions.  We are jumping from pdf to pdf isn't there
   like a road map to install.  We remember doing V5R1 to V5R2 and we have
   all the doc's we needed shipped to us.  Does anyone have a good place to
   start?
