Problem solved...the remote side had made some changes which had impacted the ftp. Using QSH, if you run ls -ld /B2B/IN/DELUXE you should see something like drwxrwxr-- if the job user is a member of the group.
I suspect you are the owner, and either the group name has changed (chown owner:group <resource>), the user is no longer a member of that group, or there is no "w" in the group permissions (similar to this: drwxr--r--). hth
