Speaking of Fix Central, has anybody seen this error message? Underlying TCP socket time-out error. Please restart Fix Central. If this error occurs again, report to IBM Service. I'm trying to order V5R3 ptf's for a client who has their machine open to the internet on a 69.220 IP address. Does IBM have a restriction about this?
