SETOBJACC will load it into memory, but it won't leave it there, IOW,
memory pressure from other sources (jobs) can/will cause it to be paged
back out to disk. Unless, of course, you load the object into a memory
pool where there is no memory pressure. 

SETOBJACC is a funny command. I'm sure there are some places where it
would be very useful, but I've always looked at it this way, if the file
or program is used so often that it's load performance is that critical
it will probably be in memory already because it's used so often, and if
it's not used that often, the load performance probably isn't that
critical.
