I have broached this topic before and investigated the replies I
received, but I haven't resolved the problem yet. As this is happening
on a development box, I haven't been hard pressed to resolve it, but I
have a little time and more information to try and determine the
problem.
Here is what I know

Problem is on Development not on Production.
Ptfs are the same on both machines.

On Development if I receive a CPA5303 error(others also). The jobs ends
and the message is given a C- cancel.
On Production the message is sent to qsysopr asking for a reply.
I have verified that the message description is the same on both
machines.
I have verified that the default for the message is 0 for both machines.

I have verified that there is nothing in WRKRPYLE for this message.
I have verified that the job has a *RQD on the INQMSGRPY parameter of
the job on both machines.
I have even gone as far as changing it to use reply list and changing it
back.

I can add an entry to WRKRPYLE with an 'I' and change INQMSGRPY to
*SYSRPYL and it will pick it up.

Is there something else that controls this? What else can I look at?
