Ok.  It works for SNA because SNA DDM job is running under a generic DDM
user ID.

We found the problem.  The "Sort sequence" value for that user profile
is set to SYSVAL.  It should be *SYSVAL.  Not sure why *SNA is ok with
it but *IP is not.

Does the User ID exist on the target system?  If so is it enabled?  If
the user ID doesn't exist or is disabled you can get this....

I'm getting the CPF9155 error when the DDM is created under *IP type.
If I changed it to *SNA type, it work fine.  This only happen on one
user ID in the system.  Help!
