Resend email after relay stopped -- MIDRANGE-L

On our iSeries, we relay email through our Exchange server for delivery. For
whatever reason, relaying stopped working during the night.

We restarted the Exchange server and relaying is working again.

On the iSeries, is there a way to force MSF to resend those messages it
couldn't due to the relay being down?
