you need to add a STRTCPIFC '1.2.3.4'  in your startup program, somewhere
at the end.
Of course 1.2.3.4 is the IP adress of the server you see in either CFGTCP
option 1 or netstat option 1


This will start the varyon(boot) of the server.

This is the best way to do it.
