530 Log on attempt by user PMSCFTP rejected.
EZA1735I FTP Return Code = 26530, Error Code = 00011

The V5R4 Info Center  has a list of Return Codes, with same text as above

Has anyone ever seen where IBM might hide that list?

We just had this same thing happen here. It turns out that the wrong
password was being used for the log on.
