Is there a table on the iSeries that I can query that will tell me all
the triggers set up on all files in a specific library?
I think you're looking for the SYSTRIGGER table. Can you do something like the following SQL statement? 

SELECT * from SYSTRIGGER where EVENT_OBJECT_SCHEMA='MYLIB'
