Kirk,Thanks for posting this. I was just installing a new i5 and was adding the new 32bit JVM option and I got the same result. So I used RSTLICPGM on the _07 CD and Voila!
Looks like there is some tweaking to be done on the V5R4M0 Media set....mine also have "$Title2" on all the CD's instead of a description of the media contents.
