I have the RPGLE created (*MODULE AND *PGM in a QSYS library) but I'm
not sure exactly where they need to be located (IN QSYS or IFS) so that
it will be accessed by my Iseries APACHE HTTP server when URL in entered
(not sure how to decode the url in your example).
